Total disappointment

Ordered bag (std tote) and they sent the wrong size (XXL) unbeknownst to me for my wife’s Christmas present. Total embarrassment and disappointment on the day. Can’t be trusted to get the basics right.

Lovely product in terms of quality and colour combination both inside and out. Purchased as a gift for a friend’s birthday. Recipient was so delighted that she took it with her on holiday that day.
