Standard Delivery £4.95

Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).
For deliveries to remote areas of the UK, allow an extra 2-3 working days.

Express Delivery £8.95

Orders will be delivered within 1 working day from date of dispatch and a signature is required.
Please note that orders must be placed by 4pm.

International Delivery

Europe £10 - please allow 5-7 working days for your delivery.
United States £15 - please allow 10-14 working days for your delivery.
Rest of the world £25 - please allow 10-14 working days for your delivery.

Personalisation & Delivery

Please allow an extra 7-10 working days for personalisation on top of the delivery time.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Marloe muslin but if you are not you can return it to us for a refund or exchange providing it is unused, in a saleable condition and in its original giftbox.

  • What is your return policy?

    We must receive all returns of items within 14 days of your receipt of the product. All tags must be intact for the return to be processed. All items, including the gift box, must be returned in the condition that they were received.

    We are not able to refund any postage charges you incur when returning products but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

    Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs.

  • HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

    You can return products by registered post. Please print off and complete the form below and include a note of why you are returning and whether you want a refund or exchange for another product. A suitable format is available to print using the link below: Returns Form

  • WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

    We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty Marloe muslin. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return it under our normal return procedure.

    Please take extra care to read our product care information. We cannot accept a Marloe muslin returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

  • HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE?

    We must receive all exchanges of items within 14 days of your receipt of the product. All tags must be intact for the exchange to be processed. All items, including the gift box, must be returned in the condition that they were received. Please complete the relevant form found under the section 'How do I return something?'

    We recommend that exchange items are returned to us by registered post. We will send any exchange products back to you free of postage charges.

  • CAN I RETURN A MARLOE MUSLIN I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

    A Marloe muslin that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange unless it has been personalised in which case it is non-returnable and non-refundable. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange is completed. Refunds can only be made to the original card on which the gift was purchased.

  • CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED MARLOE MUSLIN?

    A Marloe muslin that has been personalised is non-returnable and non-refundable. To avoid any disappointment with your personalisation option, please double check the spelling and grammar or significant date that you have chosen before making the payment.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?

    Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 5 working days to fulfil your request.

    As soon as we have processed your return, we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take 3-5 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
